Amiras

Sold

Amiras is a warrior, a soldier, and protector of the Elven lands. He is brave and courageous, and would fight to the end to protect and serve all of Elfdom. However, Amiras isn't just some big brute full of bravado, he also has a refined side, a sensitive side. He is just as comfortable holding teacup as he is his sword, and of course he holds his pinkie out while he drinks.

He sits on a old tree stump with his sword on his side and his shield slung on his back, and holds his cup of tea in one hand and a pipe in the other. He is also ready for battle at the first sign of trouble, and is protected by his coat of maille (chain maille/or chain mail), his bracers and boots.

Amiras is just the kind of Elf that the most discerning she-elves would do anything to have as her own. Not only is he strong and brave, he also is sensitive and sophisticated.

He comes with his stump/chair/base, a removable pipe, sword, and shield, and his teacup which is permanently attached to his hand.

Amiras is a one of a kind original sculpture and was made entirely without the use of any molds of any kind. He will not be duplicated. He is about 8 3/4 inches tall in a sitting position, and the base adds another 1-1 1/4 of height. He would be about 13 1/2 inches tall if he were standing.

He is a full sculpt figure and has a lot of detailing in his clothing and accessories. His chain maille coat is hand made down to the very links which were hand wrapped and cut, then assembled. There are well over a thousand individual links.

He wears cotton knit pants or leggings, a white cotton shirt with hand embroidered accents under his maille, and a cotton flannel-like over coat. His boots and bracers as sculpted from polymer clay and he wears a leather helm. His leather belt buckles (which was also hand made) around his waist and his sword hangs by a leather and black wire ring. His hair is made from black feathers. His skin is the natural color of the clay with a light blush of acrylics.

The sword also comes out of the polymer clay sculpted sheath. The sword itself is made from wood and clay and is painted with acrylic paints and sealed. His shield is sculpted from clay and is painted as well, and has leather arm holds on the back similar to other shields made during the middle ages. It can be hung on his back with the leather thong which is included, or can be set up separately.

His tea cup is made from polymer clay and is "painted" with a blue willow pattern and sealed with a gloss acrylic. The tea is made from clear acrylic which has been tinted to give it color. There is even a tea bag, with string still attached inside the cup.

The base is made from clay and teak wood, and the stump has been painted with acrylics.
