Morten is a goblin soldier, but he could be described better as a mercenary. He doesn't care whose side he is on, as long as he gets some of the spoils, and the more spoiled the better. In fact it's not unusual for him to change sides in mid stream if he feels he can get something better from the other side.

Morten stands nearly 9 inches tall not including his horns, but reaches 10 1/2 inches to the tip of his horns. He is entirely sculpted of polymer clay over a Aves Apoxie Sculpt strengthened armature. He is a full sculpt and the first of that kind I have done for quite some time.

It has been nearly a year since I started creating art dolls, and Morten is a way of going back to my roots so to speak. He is closer to the style of my earlier works, although better executed than those first sculpts, and even includes some of my hand assembled chain maille like my earlier dolls often had.
