The Protector is a gemstone tree spirit with Autumn Jasper and Red Agate "leaves". She has a heart of gold, or amber that is. The "heart" is carved from a piece of copal amber which is fairly appropriate considering that it is tree resin that has fossilized. Copal is considered young amber, but still can be several million years old.

She stands 13 inches tall to the top of her highest branch. Her wooden base is store bought by hand finished in a dark walnut stain. Her roots spread out over her base among river rocks and is covered in spice "dirt" with various mosses. There is a stone bench under her branches ready to accept any of your tiny faes who need a shady resting place.
