Lady Myrtle is a fairly young Wood Spirit as Wood Spirits go. She is still young enough however to have fewer wood grains than the elder's have, although you can see some of them starting. She refuses to tell others her true age though. She is very protective of her tree, but due to her relative youth, she is less apt to play tricks on passer's by. She is actually rather courious about people and it is more likely to see her peeking out of her knot hole than some of the older, and wiser Wood Spirits. Lady Myrtle is sculpted entirely by hand without the use of molds. Her head and hand, and the "knot hole" are all sculpted from polymer clay. Her hair and eyebrows are made from natural mosses and her eyelashes are hand applied mohair.
